Rob started working online part-time in 2000 creating small web sites, buying domains, marketing various web sites and creating affiliate sales through marketing campaigns. In 2003, Rob left his brick & mortar job to pursue online work full-time making contacts and partners for the purpose of exchanging traffic and sales and much more. During this time, he met and made friends with many people in the industry.

In 2005, Rob partnered with New Sensations and NS Cash to create a variety of pay sites. Managing these sites entailed buying content, contracting photographers and companies to shoot exclusive content, managing the CMS and members' area updates, creating marketing materials, and more.

In 2011, he agreed to work with one of the top glamour sites in the industry, Twistys.com. Shortly thereafter, Mindgeek bought Twistys, where he continued his work as Production Manager, operating Twistys as well as all production for Babes.com working directly with top producers such as Holly Randall, Jay Allan, Tammy Sands and more.

In the middle of 2014, Rob left Mindgeek and started consulting for various companies as well as managing web sites for many people and some of the best-known adult models. Today, he manages sites for many stars, including Lisa Ann, Kayden Kross, Angela Sommers, Ariel-X, Tera Patrick, Ava Addams, Shyla Jennings, Eric John, Lexington Steele and more.

In 2019, Rob took on the duties of Operations Manager for Mayflower Group, which owns a network of sites including Backroomcastingcouch.com and ExCoGi.com
